WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our turnaround time is from 5 to 10 days for film and 1 to 2 weeks for motion picture, this time is an estimate depending on the size of the order and/or the service.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY NEGATIVES?

You can choose to keep or discard your negatives in every order, just make sure to choose the correct shipping method or if you’re local, let us know after completing the purchase! Every order includes archival of negatives in contact sheets.

DO YOU DEVELOP EXPIRED FILM?

We do! We have a lot of experience developing and scanning all type of expired film. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to contact us.

CAN I MAIL IN MY ORDER?

We accept all type of orders, make sure to go to this page for more information about mailing in your orders.

WHAT IF MY NEGATIVES ARE BLANK?

If your film came out blank because no photos were taken or you had an accident with the equipment (between other reasons), you will only be charged for the developing of the film and a credit will be applied to you to cover the cost of scanning in any other service aplicable.

WHAT IF THERE’S AN ACCIDENT WITH MY FILM?

Although, we take every precaution possible to avoid mistakes, we are all human after all and equipment failure can happen in any lab. That is why every service is covered by the “Limitation of Liability” contract.

Once a service is requested, you automatically agree and apply for the “Limitation of Liability. This agreement constitutes that any loss or damage by our company, either by negligence or equipment failure, entitles you to a replacement equivalent in size, price, value or service. Each case is to be evaluated before making a final decision.
